The offer was from looking at Daily Mail on Line, it was for the Pro Lift Serum and for just the postage of £1.99. I received the product 3 weeks later and had completly forgotten what it was for as it came with no invoice or letter so I thought it was a free gift. One week later £89 came out of my bank and as I had opened the product I thought i had to just let it go. On the 27th December I was again charged £89 so I called HSBC who were very good and told me to call the company and send back the product when and if received which I am doing today!
