After winning and purchasing 5 auctions for eGift cards, and finally receiving information how to reedem them after waiting an extended period of time and getting assistance from customer support, they sent me from one site after another to get these cards. When the final hoop was jumped thru, the http address was bogus. TOTAL RIP-OFF! This auction site offers junk certificates and cheap trinkets. Previously I also won and purchased several Auto Road Service plans. Only when my car broke down and I requested service from this road service plan did I not only NOT get help and was left stranded, but this company did not recognize my membership #. After repeated complaints to zBiddy I did receive my purchase price for the Auto Plan auctions but they still offered no compensation for my seeking another road service plan, much less leaving me high and dry to fend for myself. This auction site should be illegal, although I'm sure they do just enough to comply with the law!
