I place an order following the websites 3 step order process on December 17, 2013 Check out took me to Paypal to make payment. When I inquired about my order I received a confirmation email from Heidi that my payment was received but no order showed on her end. She asked me to send her details of my order which I did. It is now January 2, 2014 and have not received any form of reply or correspondence as to what is happening NOR has anything been delivered to me. I paid the additional shipping charge charge for the 2-5 day delivery as well. In their company customer service information it states that they reply within 24 hours yet I await an answer still. Not happy!!!!
