I have posted a quoting request through Alibaba and I have received a quotation from a guy named Thomas of www.guyanyan.com I have deposited the amount of $4,025.00 USD on the 14th December 2013 which he informed me that he received it on the 19th December 2013. However, on the same day, Thomas has informed me that he can not send the item because I need to order extra $1,975 worth of goods because according to his boss Mr. Jason LI the minimum order is $6,000 that they would be losing money with the order I placed because he still need to pay for the delivery and custom tax.

I told him that I can not order any more because I haven't got anymore money in my bank account. Thomas had asked me to write an email to his boss Jason Li which I did within the same hour.

I did not received any correspondence from Jason Li, which I think Thomas is only using him as an excuse and that same email is also goes to Thomas Chen.

At the time I was pressured to order more I was therefore obliged to order extra $495 worth of goods in order to receive my goods which I emailed him another bank transfer receipt of $495.00 in total we have sent him $4,520.00 USD

I was expecting to received the goods before Christmas and to date no goods have arrived. I have asked him for tracking number and he gave me 995-1091-636 and also emailed me a copy of DHL shipping document but it looks like it was written and the original is still in his hand.

He is also communicating with me through Skype. using Thomas Chen of www.guyanyan.com.

Now he is asking me for more money to pay for custom fee, which I have asked him to just refund my money back by 8:00 pm tonight.

Please help me recover my money back and advise if this guy Thomas Chen is a scammers and he is using Alibaba or Aliexpress to hunt for new victim.

I would appreciate your soonest response. He may even changed his email address and his website because he is claiming to be a gold member of Alibaba.

I have tried the complaint center against [email protected] through Alibaba but his email address is not on their records so I thought to try the email address [email protected] to see if he is Alibaba member but still no records in their system.

Please help. Please do not hesitate to contact me further and hoping you can help me get my money back.
