International boundaries
Ordered custom blinds for 10 windows. Roller shades were supposed to come with fabric covered valances. Valance is a cover which hides the shades roller mechanism.
The valances provided had a strip of matching fabric held on by very visible cheap looking plastic strips and clips. Much too tacky for window shades that averaged $300 ea.
Have been trying to have new valances made or have company provide me with enough matching fabric that I can cover the valances myself.
No solution yet. They can't seem to provide quality looking valances.
