This website looks exactly like the real Uggs website: http://www.uggaustralia.com/. When I ordered from the website in question, I thought the sale price was a Black Friday sale. Turns out it is a counterfeit company. The Uggs I received are not the real deal. When I submitted a question about getting a refund using their contact link on their website, I got the following reply: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of the date from customers who purchased their UGG® Australia products from our website.

Item must be returned in original condition and packaging.

The reason for returns caused by yourself (eg, size, color you choose), cannot be accepted.

So since I don't want them, I will not get a refund.

Of course there is not telephone number on the website or on my bank statement. My bank statements says a charge from INTERESTING ONLINE STORE BEIJING.

SCAMMERS!!
