I purchased an Xbox Live 12-Month membership for $35.00. After I placed my order, something didn't feel right, so I began to investigate and stumbled on this website with all of the other complaints already filed. I initiated a resolution via Paypal already. While writing this complaint, I noticed an email from Sale365.tv, which stated my order status has changed to "Refunded". However, nothing has been refunded in my Paypal account. I'll continue to check for a refund in Paypal, but I'm sure it's B.S.
