In searching for a personal loan, a Mr. Steve Davis called on various occasions, always giving me a number to call back so I paid long distance fees of unknown amounts for a loan company os U.S. Capitol Advance. First, I sent required numbers for the two separate green dot money paks reloadable. One was for $180.00, and other for $155.00. He sCapitol Bank still required 298.00 and I said no! to send my money back or provide the loan as promised. I waited. About December, I did call Mr. Steve again and he said it would be on Fed Ex as a certified check for $4,335 to be here on December 23rd so I would still have it before Christmas. Each day Fed Ex and UPS went by at least twice but no stops for my house! They are very behind here, however. He said it was done this way rather than deposit to my bank account because their U.S. Capitol Advance Bank did not want to do the loan and they had still thought it should be sent. I asked for the total Green Dot Money Reload Paks back, and he said that would be with the loan of four thousand dollars. The amounts did add up right but I just feel so scammed and I so desperately need that money back. I asked for something via e-mail but that never did happen! I have a note about a [email protected], but not sure that belongs to them or not, nor can I actually find a U.S. Capitol Advance or Bank, but I admit it does sound a likely name. I do not believe I was to hear the one time when Us Capitol Bank was mentioned. Calls just are not helping! And I need help with this. Thank you so very much in advance, Beverly J. Cotton
