I contacted the LSE Catering service through their email [email protected]. Since I follow a vegan diet, I also inquired if they have custom menu for me. Most of my guests also follow the same diet, so I want to make sure. They said that we can customize the menu, so I went to their office to discuss the details and finalize the order. To my surprise, the staff I met with told me quite a number of limitations that were not discussed on the mail. They should have at least gave me a heads up, so I could have looked for other service provider. What a waste of time.
