I don’t know if some companies still understand the importance of customer service. Two months ago, I booked a reservation with the University of Leicester Catering Services. Throughout the course of preparation, we noticed several inconsistencies on the final bill and the staff told me that I was eligible for a refund, but I can only get it once the event was done. In good faith, we continued with the transaction.
However, two weeks after the event and I still didn’t receive any call about the refund. Sent them an email through this address [email protected] and the other one posted on the website, but to no available. Really want to visit the group again, but I can’t get a hold with them through phone since I was asked to go out of the country for work. It’s been two months now and still no answer about that refund.
