This service was advertised for approximately $9, then they charged #39. They really couldn't help much but recommended that I buy a service to clean up my computer, or take it to BestBuy for $350 and they would keep it 3 to 4 weeks. My husband totally flipped out about this and said I should try to get my money back. How do I get all the stuff they downloaded off of my computer???
