I ordered a North Face jacket, and received it. It was the wrong color, and it also had a small rip in it. After comparing it and analyzing it to a real jacket, I would say it is definitely a knock-off. They do not answer when you call, they urge you to email. There is no address listed on the website, which I find sketchy. The address listed on the package is in Brooklyn, but the area code with the phone number is a Columbus, OH area code. It says they have 5-9 employees so I really doubt they would need a customer service call center in another state. I also found another address listed, which appears to be house in Brooklyn. I believe this whole company is a scam. It's a little ironic to me that they sell name brand items that are popular and nothing else.
