I placed the order on 11/29/12 and it took over 3wks for my orders to arrive which it's already passed the 14 days free trial. But prior to that 14 days trial expired, I called and spoke with a customer service rep ( Debra) on 12/11/13 to cancel my trial but was told by her that the 14 days free trial doesn't start until the day I receive my order so I didn't cancel it that day. Received my order on 12/16/13 ( 5 days after I spoke to Debra). Just found out on 12/19/13 that they charge my account twice already with $94.90 and $89.90 each. I have been trying to get a hold of some to cancel this but with no luck at all and I also left them numerous messages with no return call back since 12/19/2013. Please help!!! I want them to remove myself out of this membership contract!!!!
