In January of 2013, i sign a lease with empire residential, to rent an apartment from them located at 30 granfield ave, bridgeport ct 06610
the lease specify that the tenants are not allowed to have pets. Once I moved in I realized that almost all the tenant had dogs and that they would bark and wake me up. Them there was a bedbug outbreak where the owners of the building enter my apartment without me being there to spray for bedbugs. So after the other tenants fail to obey their lease I moved in October of 2013 and requested my security deposit back and the month rent for october when I moved. But the management of empire residential refuse to refund me my security deposit, and the month rent for october when i moved.
