I saw an offer for a free sample of moisturizing cream when I was going through one of my freebies newsletters. The offer was $2.95 to cover shipping and handling. You had to use your credit card to cover so I read it carefully because I hate to return stuff. I got the sample which was okay. The only info with it was a flyer about it. No price nothing just the sample. That was October 16th or so. Then on December 23 I get another jar. I had noticed when I saw my charge card bill for the $2.95 that it had said $87.50 pending and when I called they said that I shouldn't get anything else and that I wasn't charged. Well before they sent the 2nd jar they charged me. I am furious and they told me I could return it but I would still be out at least 30$ for processing fees. They are misleading if not criminal. But they have that charge card number!!! When I see others with the same story I cringe at what they are getting away with.
