Went to order a bid package and the process stopped there. Was unable to access the site to use the package. They automatically took the $99. I called the company immediately to get my money back, to which, they are only willing to give me back $85.60 Although that is still unacceptable to me, it was better than losing everything. They state my credit card should be credited within 5 business days, we shall see. Never again will I try to get something cheap on line without looking to see if complaints have been filed or with satisfied customers.
