- Send them an email on [email protected] and request a refund, they will send you a form to fill out and send back. You SHOULD have the money back within 7 days. If you don't then it's a different story, come back and lodge a complaint again. You signed up to a LOAN BROKER disguised as a LENDER, basically you paid them to pass on your details to loan companies. I did the same, and I won't be stupid enough to fall for it again!
