kitchen delivered minus one work top, legs dont fit, pilot holes not pre drilled, hinge units too big for hinges. Left waiting on phone to speak to someone, keep being informed they are waiting for the delivery notes to be returned to the office. Delivery of kitchen was 19.12.13 and told they cannot supply the missing work top until they see the drivers notes. informed to ring back on 27.12.13. Meanwhile, no kitchen for Christmas. staff do not appear to have been given any training in customer relations, rather just keep the person waiting and dont offer any assistance.
