I purchased a pair of sneakers for my son on superflyjordans.com on 12/13/13. The order totaled $120, but on 12/16, an amount of $125.32 and an international assesment fee of 1.25 was deducted from my account. I have not received any confirmations or tracking info for the order, which got me feeling uneasy. The description of the merchant was peculiar on my bank statement (PWK COLOMYS ONLINE, BEIJ)with a description for the item as ING CN CN. There is no phone # to reach the site, just an email, which I sent, but I want to log this complaint, because I think I've been defrauded and don't know what recourse I have.
