I ordered some sample products from a company - I thought was Glimpskin, this after the trial period this company took £95.00 3rd decemeber and a further 99.95 on the 9th. I think I should have cancelled after the trial, but as I had not been notified of the cost of continuing I assumed, wrongly, they would notify me before taking money. On emailing, they have refunded the second payment. On the same date, Natural Skin deducted £89.00 from my account - are they the same company, what was this for? I have no contact details and cannot find online.
I have cancelled the credit card to ensure no further payments can be taken.
