They called me I had started a new medication and wasn't thinking straight explained sorta about them. 3 times i asked to let me call them back why i didn't just hang up is unknown. they never said any thing about addition charges at that point. must have kept me on phone for 45 minutes to an hour. went ahead with that phase. then they called again in evening of oct 9th any i stupidly went along with charging all of these fees to 3 credit cards. Three days later i sent certified letter canceling everything. there is a note on their invoice saying you can do that. They don't give refund even with that on their invoice. Several days later finally decided to talk to them and told them i just couldn't afford this too bad. i'm retired living on fixed income this is going to force me into real financial hardship. beware. i don't even answer my phone anymore i'm afraid of more scammers coming after me. Too old Too stupid Too late.
