I ordered two sachel embossed leather purses for Christmas gifts and both had zipper issues and one was badly creased and I was told to put newpaper the purse to correct. They told me to lubricate the zippers to correct that problem. I repeatedly asked for a return authorization and a credit to my credit card. After several emails requesting the above, I was told that I would have to return these items to China and that I should check out the shipping cost prior to the return authorization being sent. I was not aware of this item being from China and now know that I was scammed with a fake. I feel very stupid and taken advantage of.
