When you log on to their website, it sreams at you that they offer a 100% money back guarantee! It even has it in the web banner up on top. This is on their site: Host your very own "design contest" where thousands of talented designers compete to create a logo design you love, or your money back!
When I called up for a refund, they tell me that it passed the 60 days! No where on the main page does it say that. You have to dwell into the help section to see that.
