Got a free sample off the internet for face cream, the only thing I had to pay was the postage of $4.99 I ordered one sample, 3 days later I received another sample, which I had not ordered of a different cream and another deduction of $4.99. 14 days later they withdrew £95 from my account I then received a pot of face cream I never ordered. I emailed straight away and received 2 emails telling me it would be refunded followed by one telling me in no uncertain terms that it would not be refunded and by accepting the fourteen day trial sample I agreed to purchasing the item itself and therefore they would not be refunding.....(Inappropriate Content Removed).
