I called after they appeared on Trulia.com.
They said they needed to get my info and that their cost is $40. I told them I would have to go to an office to do that. I would rather see the place offered to rent. He said that was not doable since I had to pay that fee. I told them there are a lot of scams and that this does not sound right to me. I thanked him and hung up. I googled NEWHOUSEHUNTERS.COM and found this page of reviews here.

If it feels like a scam or too good to be true then it is a scam. If they want money up front and they have not even shown the place or you haven't even moved into your new place. Then guess what? it is a scam. Never give money for service not rendered. You get me an apartment. I sign the lease. I am in. NOW YOU GET PAID.
