This person is knowingly running rental scams on several venues such as Craigslist etc...Luckily for me I was almost the victim of one such identical scam back in Aug. 2013 and identified it immediately!! There have been many individuals, not as lucky as I. I responded to a rental listing via email in Charlotte, NC for a property at 12402 Darby Chase Dr in the Providence Crossing subdivision. DO NOT send any personal information to this person or email address or fill out their application form. They will give you a story about their family relocating to different areas and sound very convincing in their replies, however they will ask for money to be mailed or wired in return for keys and documents for the property which will NEVER happen!

owner of the house you are making inquiry of.Actually I resided in the house
with my family, my wife and my only daughter before and presently we have moved
out due to my transfer from my work now in NEW YORK (ROCHESTER) Presently my
house is still available for rent for $900USD (rent already includes utilities)
.More so Now, My wife has just moved to ( West African )for an international
Christian follower's crusade. But i will be in NEW YORK ROCHESTER for three
weeks before joining my wife... Please i want you to note that i spent a lot on
my property that i want to give to you for rent,so i will solicit for your
absolute maintenance of this house and want you to treat it as your own, It is
not the money that is the main problem but i want you to keep it tidy all the
time so that i will be glad to see it neat when i come for a check up.I also

The house include the utilities like Heat, A/C in wall/window, Hydro, cable,
Garbage Disposal, Fireplace , Fridge, stove, Dishwasher, Dryer, Breakfast Bar,
Dining Table and Sofa Set,Refrigerator,Canopied deck overlooking
nature.,internet access e.t.c. because of this reason and more we need a
responsible person that can take very good care of it as we are not after the
money, but want it to be clean and for you to take it as if it were yours...

to stick to your words,you know that we have not seen yet and only putting
everything into Gods hands,so please do not let us down in this our property and
God bless you more as you do this.The house is available for rent at the moment
so you are free to move in as soon as you wish to.A Deposit of $700 (which
happens to be the security deposit) is required before moving in. for more
information and arrangements on how to get the keys and other necessary
documents delivered to you.The house will be available for rent for a period of
4 years so you have a choice of deciding how long you intend staying there.

- This was the reply I received from said Jason Lockhart(definitely not his real name at all) It included a complete application asking for detailed personal information. I am submitting this so that hopefully, it saves someone else from a horrible outcome in the future. NO MATTER what the names used, or phone numbers(which constantly are changed) are, please do not fall victim to these types of scams!!!!!!!
