I ordered the free samples. I got them but have not even had time to open the boxes to see what's inside. But today I was charged $94.31. I called to see what that was about and was told that when I ordered the samples I had agreed to enroll in their program -- and because I did not cancel in 8 days I would be charged. I didn't see this condition in ordering the sample. I was told they would not refund the whole amount, even though I would not be getting more product. I warned them that I would file complaints anywhere I could, and this did not phase their policy. I then called my credit card company and they said they would block the payment for me. I hope they can.
