This company employs the worst customer service reps I have ever encountered. Calling the 800 number for customer service does not ensure you will be able to speak to a person. Once you've entered your phone number, an automated message begins, stating that there are no live customer service reps allowed to handle "closed" accounts.

I first attempted to close my account prior to the close of my free trial in September, which simply prompted the company to send me a shipment of Vydox for $89.99, which I returned unopened. I sent an e-mail to the address provided on the hotline, only to have it returned as an invalid address (more than once). Once again, no live reps were available for "closed" accounts.

I received another shipment in November, which again, I sent back unopened. I tried to contact the company again, without any success.

This was repeated again early this month. I was finally able to speak to a live person today, December 19, 2013. Apparently there are "very clear words in the terms and conditions which were being provided at the time of the ordering of the product, which states there are no returns or refunds for this product."

We were NEVER provided with any terms and conditions, and the company website was unavailable every time we attempted to view it.

This company has effectively scammed us of almost $270 with their shady practices. Stay far, FAR away!
