Company with dishonest selling practices based in the Netherlands, using ‘small character’ method in the general conditions for selling articles stored in Asia (Hong Kong). Our order was confirmed with zero delivery cost.
After delivery we were faced with the payment of import taxes and VAT (in Europe) of 40 Euro for an original 67 Euro order value. The article value declared to the customs for import was 23 Euro.
