This review is about the product Card Recovery Pro (by LionSea), advertised as one of the best products for recovery of SanDisk SD cards.

I am a computer engineer, working in the area for more than 20 years.
I purchased the product CardRecoveryPro from LionSea for a friend who was desperate to get some wedding photos back from SanDisk card that went blank. I spent $40 to buy the product, after first installing the trial, that shows all the photos that can be recovered, which wer 199 photos. After the purchase, got the serial number and used and recovered only 28% of the photos from the SanDisk card. For the rest, even though they were displayed I received ERROR.
Was very disappointed and decided to format the card but a colleague suggested another competitive product from EaseUs and was able to recover 100% of the photos!!!
Contacted the company support. They responded right-away. I explained the situation and requested my money back the next day after the purchase. Exchanged several e-mails with support, they have tried to convince me to try this and that. I did try - no difference. Eventually I was assured by e-mail that the management granted refund but did not receive it until now, already a month(Nov 18, 2013 - Dec 18, 2013)! I sent three consecutive e-mails but there is no more reply from support.
The money back guarantee isn't true!
