I ordered this product through a friend who recommended it. I am an elderly.According to my friend this was not a CLUB with a monthly charge of way more than what was advertised for-just $4.90 one time fee. Just to find out a month later that this is an ONGOING monthly charge of 105.22 from which, even if you cancel, you get back only $94.31. First of all, when i received the product in the mail, I have not received, included in the bax,any written information that this was a product that, if not returned intact and not used within 15 days, I would be charged a week later the full amount of $94.31 and $105.22 there after every month, if not cancelled.
Secondly, who in their right mind want to bleach their teeth EVERY SINGLE MONTH? This is not only misleading people and fraudulently taking monthly fees, but also putting them at HEALTH RISKS and damaging their teeth. I consulted with my dentist and he has stated that at the most people should not bleech their teeth more than twice a year!! I have called the company on 12/18/13 when the second charge appeared on my account and realized that these people are going to continue taking money out of my account, spoke with Anna id# 1111 753 and something even more gross came up. Even though I cancelled my account, the charge would still not be refunded at all if I would REFUSE their product, which I have not received yet in the mail. I had to actually write on the box, when I would receive it, a RETURN NUMBER 145-592715 (which she only gave me because I insisted this is ILLEGAL for them to tell me I can not refuse to receive their product which would come to my Post Office address)So I would like people to be aware of all this clever hiding of information that brings money to this company's pocket from trusting customers like me.
