I signed a contract with this company to publish my novel in June of 2011. I paid them 850.00 and was promised five free copies of my novel and quarterly reports on how much money it is making. My novel came out in December of 2012 and have yet to receive any money reports, nor my free copies. I have sent them numerous emails and was promised to have them sent to me and never got them. Now for the last five months my emails get ignored by their company. I have also made a complaint with the BBB regarding their company. I want a refund of my money, plus the fact that being a new author it was a real heartbreaker to be so let down by their company.
