Ordered just a pack of cigarettes on Nov 21st. Emailed the company after ten days, got a reply, saying: please be patient, your order is being shipped". As of today, still no cigarettes. Have sent several emails but have gotten no respond. I should have googled the company before placing the order, I realize now.
