I just received a call from a Dwayne Maguire calling from Arlington, SD phone number (605)983-6092 stating that American Cash had filed a lawsuit against me for the total amount of $648.32 for a payday loan from American Cash that I have never applied for and never received any money from this company. He knew my information and everything. He also stated that this lawsuit was file against me on October 28, 2013. Something need to be done.
