I made a purchase of Viagra for $168.24, including $30 paid for express and tracked shipping. The tracking number that was provided was fraudulent - it only led to error messages when trying to locate the package. I contacted the company numerous times and was told each time that I would receive in a refund within 24 hours. I've been told this 5 times over the course of 8 days and each time it has been a lie. The usually delivery time was stated to be 5 to 9 days, with 14 days as the date for the refund. It has now been 16 days and I continue to be falsely promised a refund by the company. The online customer service feature consists of a person repeating the same few unhelpful and false sentences.
