I ordered a trial offer of 5.95 of the anti wrinkle serum. I was also offered the same for a product called 'Revitol'. They appear to be different companies, from what I understand now they are the same. Advertising on FB as a great double act product. I didn't read in T&C that they would then take £74.95 & £79.99 from my bank account both within two days (I ordered them at the same time). The products are terrible, my skin broke out and became sore with a burned and red feeling. I also had white pimples appear, my skin has never done this since I was teenager (now 45yrs).
I tried to call the customer services on UK 020 number, I got a US accent who kept putting me on hold, saying they were having a computer problem. He couldn't understand what I was saying. I never get beyond giving him my name. I asked if I was calling in the UK as the line was so bad, now worried that I have also been charged for a phone call, that is going to cost me more than standard rate. I got absolutely nowhere! I left my number and he was going to get back to me within an hour, that was 24 hours ago.

I then went on line to the 'live chat@, got nowhere! They would say hello, or Ola? Then I asked them a question and you get told wait one minute. That went on and on. I gave up in the end.

As of today I am 154.94 down, in tears because that money was to pay for my council tax this month. I don't know what to do, I feel an idiot for not realising that this was a scam. The website looks very professional and expensive; but I guess I'm not the only one. I will have to cancel my bank card and find the money to my council tax. I don't suppose for a minute these scumbags are going to give me money back, they play games with you. I hope they go down big time!

Can anybody give me some advice or have been through the same situation?
