We ordered a prom dress from 2012promgowns.com website on Sept. 27, 2013, after looking through their pictures of beautiful designer dresses and selecting one. The dress we received on November 18th, 2013, did not look at all like the dress in the picture. We sent an email message to them a couple of days later, letting them know that the dress was unacceptable and we wanted a full refund as well as return instructions. After several emails back and forth, we have been informed that they will pay us $50.- and we can keep the dress, which is not even a fifth of what we payed, or send it to China at our own expense! We are afraid that we will not receive our money back if we return our dress! Please do not buy from this website!
