On October 20th I ordered on line a facial product that was a free trial offer where I was only supposed to pay $1.99 shipping. I read all the fine print to make sure it didn't have any hidden charges besides the $1.99. I found nothing saying I had 14 days to return it or I would be charged $87.63 every month there after until I cancelled. I put this on my Mothers credit card. My Mother recieved her credit card bill on 12/14/13 and there is no charge for the $1.99 shipping, but for $87.63. I look up on line for the product I ordered and now as plain as day they have a paragraph stating You have 14 days to return the product. I remember the day I ordered the product that it was saying they were going to charge $4.99 for the shipping. I was wondering how it changed from $1.99 to $4.99? I tried to go back to where it said $1.99 and couldn't find it.And I was also under the impression that I was recieving 2 products. I only recieved 1 and ther was no free bonus gift that they now mention in their ad. I called them and told them there was no mention of having 14 days to return the product and I will return the product now and want them to take the $87.63 off of my Mothers credit card. They tell me no. They say they have already talked to my Mother and worked it out where they closed the account but she would have to pay the $87.63. This is not acceptable.
