A Pop-up came on my screen offering a Trial of Face Cream only costing the Postage & Packing of £2.99. Two pots of cream arrived. On my bank statement £89 was deducted 15 November 2013 and £95.95 was deducted on 2 December 2013. I returned both pots on 9th December 2013 to the above Shipping Address, which was quoted on the Despatch Note for returns, and received the signature of Mr S MCLEAN. I have received no communication so far and am very distressed.
