Ordered pearl shirataki noodles thru their website. They sent wrong product. I tried for 3 days to get them to respond and send me the correct product. They ignored me. (they have 100% satisfaction gurarantee on their website).
I told paypal i wouldn't pay until they corrected the order. Offered to send back, but, again, they refused to respond.
Out of frustration, I put negative comment on their facebook page. They took it off, but sent me email saying to enjoy the wrong order at no charge.
They are, however telling paypal they want to be paid. Paypal is refusing to credit my account.
This is so indicative of such poor customer service. Such a small amount to make a customer happy, especially since they pride themselves on giving (100% customer satisfaction on their website).
