I got a box in the mail and did not open it, but did called LabGenxic who told me that when I did not send back a "sample" that I was charged $2.95 for back in October, that I was automatically enrolled in some sort of program that would involve recurring orders. I demanded that the account be cancelled immediately, which he agreed to and would offer me a refund, minus a $30 "re-stocking" fee. So I don't know how much I was charged for the original shipment, and now I will be charged an extra $30. I was getting ready to go into the the hospital for an operation at that time, and I do not know what credit card I used, or if it was pay pal, but I am going to find, out, and then I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau in CA. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!
