I fell for the ' free trial' scam that has been reported previously on this web site. When money was taken from my bank account, I was puzzled as to whom I had paid this to and rang the bank to be told that I must have signed unto a long term commitment. I emailed Sheridan labs and was sent a reply pointing towards the terms and conditions which I had agreed to and told no refund would be forthcoming. I have no memory of doing so, but I am obviously not the only person to have made this mistake.
I have emailed the company back today to point out their 30 day money back guarantee and asked how this does not apply to the first pot which I would gladly return to them as I haven't seen any appreciable difference to my skin. I await their reply but do not expect to hear from them. They did send confirmation that my membership has been cancelled and asked the bank to put an alert on further payments. I hope this works. What a scam.
