We attempted to book through the # above and after giving our CC info the call was cut off. we did not receive confirmation # or email. Assumed it was void and called hotel direct.
We were charged, hotel never received funds and eplanner.com rep says I dont have correct info(my security ifo) to be able to process refund. That is because their rep finished the transaction with misc info so they could get their commision. Still no refund and calls get continuously cut off from India and Philippines.
