The phone number is for seattle but could be hijacked. This is a loan scam site probably run by nigerians. They took Ms. P for 370.00 by getting her to pay fees to secure a loan for christmas. She lost what she did have, 370.00.
They cuss you out and laugh at how the government lets them do this to its citizens by a (Inappropriate Content Removed) nigerians.
