I have ordered from Twice a few times before and had been happy with what they sent. My only complaint was that they totally SPAM you with e-mails, like twice a day some days! Anyways, so in July I got an email saying I would get $10 to refer a person to Twice to buy something, and they would get a $10 credit too. So I called my sister and told her, because she loves to buy clothing online. I referred her and we both got the $10 credit. I ordered a pair of jeans and a top and I am not sure what she ordered. Then the next day we both got emails that our orders were canceled because we had abused the referral credit and we were both banned from shopping with Twice for 6 months! What the heck?? We could not figure out what on earth they were talking about, and I emailed them but never got a reply. The only thing we can come up with is that they flagged us because we both live in the same neighborhood but obviously have different house numbers. I guess I will never know why they did this since they won't reply to messages. HOWEVER, they did continue to send us those stupid and annoying spam emails DAILY. I kept flagging them as spam, but because they send them from all different addresses it was nearly impossible to stop them. I tried to unsubscribe from the emails and still keep getting them to this day. I have never seen a company that spams so much yet doesn't want customer. What a joke!
