Orgreenic will NOT guarantee your 100% satisfaction, as claimed on the web site. They will not give you a full refund. I originally ordered these for my husband as a gift (in October). I received a notification on November 16 that they would be back-ordered. Not wanting to wait further, I called to cancel my order. They gave me a cancellation # on the phone. However, they still shipped the items and charged my card on November 30. When I attempted to ship it back, I was informed that my cancellation "wasn't real and not authorized," and that I would not be getting a full refund (they keep shipping charges).
