I googled ESTA and this company came up on top of the list. Because it's ".org" I supposed it was genuine and it seems an official website but it's not.

So you go through and fill up all the form giving all your details, names, address, passport number, day of travel, etc... and at the end you just want to finish when it asks for your card details to complete the application and I didn't hesitate to complete it.

For my surprise instead to be charged $14 each I got my bank statement days after with a hole of $280 charge. They charged $140 each person.

Tried to contact the company and the email returned and the phone goes direct to voice mail.
I called my bank, explained the situation and asked for a refund as I didn't have that amount in the account. But I don't know how the bank authorized the payment - detail: I don't have overdraft limit! So now I'm overdraft and paying interest for a transaction that wasn't what I though - $28.

I searched and there are thousands of people falling on the same trap. Is it so difficult to stop this site? It's online since 2009! Imagine how much money they have stolen from people like me! Something needs to be done. I just don't know what, but if I can have a orientation of how to do I'll.
