The week of 18th April 2012, a PS Circulation representitive Jermaine Henry came door knocking and I made a CASH purchase as i did not have my chequebook. I saw his ID etc so I have no reason to think he was not who he said and he spun a good yarn about why he was doing this and the background to PS Circulation.
I found my yellow and pink receipts Sept 2012 and it prompted me that the 6-8 weeks he said it would take for my Spanish dictionery to arrive had way gone over and I contacted the company. On their website I have put in the receipt number and it has advised contacting them direct as it could not be found. I requested a refund asap and heard nothing. after pursuing and threatening them with legal action, they claimed that they had delivered it to my address in October 2012 - which they could not prove as it had not been delivered to me at all and 6 months on from the initial order was ridiculous, after trying to get them to prove delivery, knowing they could not they no longer accept my emails and I am just exasperated how a company can continue in business knowingly ripping people off!!
