My husband place an order for Ugg boots. After he place it, he thought something was strange about it. I google them and found this site. I told him we just got ripped off. We called our bank , filed a dispute with my bank and cancelled our card. Well we did get the boots...well actually we got the WRONG BOOT, WRONG SIZE, WRONG STYLE, CAME IN A BOX LABELED SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN THE EVERYTHING! I have been in contact with the company who insists I keep the boots and they will give me a credit to buy MORE boots! PLUS they are not authentic Ugg boots! They won't let me return them.
