I have been stung like many other complaintants. To register you needed to insert your card details, which I did, in case I ever wanted to purchase anything, and would not take any money without my authority. Now they have actually taken the sum of $119 without even informing me - I have not purchased anything and have even asked them to take me off their mailing - NO RESULTS!!

- Jane, this happened to me as well.Please read the other complaints re this subject as I have commented on most. Telling you all to go to your bank and put in a DISPUTE, telling them all you have said on your complaint here, tell them everything that happened and you want to put in a dispute.Your bank will know who their bank is and contact them. The more official complaints/disputes the more chance of us getting our money back.MY bank put the money back in my account while the dispute is underway. I will have to pay the bank back if fraud etc are not proved. But the bank will do all that is required to put in a dispute for you.You may have to fill in a form also. But go to your bank. It is worth it.
